Golden Aurora 2023: Call for Proposal – Business Angels Deutschland e.V. (business-angels.de)
Business Angels Deutschland e.V. (BAND), the national federation of the business angels market in Germany, and Business Angels Europe (BAE) will award the annual prize “Golden Aurora”.
The winner of the Golden Aurora is expected to serve as an ambassador for Female Angel Investing in Europe. A clear objective is to motivate more women to become Angel Investors. BAND has declared the “Women Angels Mission ‘25“ to achieve the goal of a total of 25% female Business Angels in Germany by 2025 (more info: www.womenangelsmission25.de)
Who is eligible to be nominated?
Any active female angel investor with a permanent residence in Europe
Who can nominate?
The female angel investor is to be nominated by anyone, be it one of her portfolio start-ups or a colleague. The nomination should answer the following questions: How does she support start-ups, both in terms of financing and entrepreneurial backing? What is special about working with her?
A jury of experienced angel investors and distinguished players of the ecosystem all over Europe will decide on the winner. The ceremony will be held on July, 5th 2023 in Berlin.
